What we collect

• Details you give us in the form: full name, phone number with country code, email address, your answers to our short questionnaire and your consent.
• Photos or X-rays you choose to send us, and any information about your teeth you share. This is health data, which we treat as sensitive personal data.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how you reached this page (for example campaign tags and advertising click identifiers such as Google gclid or Meta fbclid).
• Cookie data, where you allow it.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To prepare your treatment plan and price, contact you about treatment options and arrange appointments: steps taken at your request before a service relationship, and your explicit consent for photos and health information.
• To send you information and offers about our services: your consent, where the law requires it.
• To measure which of our adverts bring enquiries and to improve this page: your consent to measurement and advertising cookies.
• To keep records of our communication, meet legal obligations and protect our legal rights: legal obligation and legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed with authorised Laura Dental Center staff; our IT, hosting, appointment and CRM providers (including Kommo); advertising and measurement partners such as Google and Meta, where you have accepted cookies; our legal, financial and professional advisors; and public authorities where the law requires it. Our providers must process data securely and only on our instructions.

International transfers

Our clinic is in Türkiye and some of our service providers operate outside Türkiye or your country of residence, so your data may be transferred abroad. We apply appropriate safeguards to these transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and communication data for a reasonable period for follow-up, legal compliance and the protection of our legitimate rights. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If you become a patient, clinical records are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK GDPR and Turkey's KVKK), you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, withdraw your consent at any time, and learn which third parties received it. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
